Sihanoukville → Koh Rong / Koh Rong Samloem: fast ferry from Serendipity Beach port (Speed Ferry Cambodia, Buva Sea) — 45 min to Koh Rong, 1h to Koh Rong Samloem, USD 25-30 return. Several departures per day in high season.
Kampot → Kep (35 km, 45 min): tuk-tuk USD 8-12 (negotiated), shared minivan USD 3-5.
On the islands: everything is done on foot. In Kampot and Kep: tuk-tuks for rides (USD 1-3 in town, USD 8-15 for pepper plantations or Bokor), motorcycle/scooter rental (USD 5-8/day).
