Pont d'Yedjié (half-day): iconic limestone arch. 15 km from Tadine, access by car then 15 min walk.
Tadine Natural Aquarium (half-day): 5 km south of Tadine. Snorkelling in a crystal-clear sea-water pool.
Cengeite beach (half-day): white sand beach, south-west coast.
Cap Wabao beach (half-day): black volcanic sand beach, striking contrast.
Pethoen caves (half-day): karst caves visited with local Kanak guide (€5-15 customary gesture).

Médu massacre memorial (1-2 h): memorial of 19th-century colonial massacres.
Warrior's Leap at Wakuarory (1-2 h): limestone cliff with Kanak legend.
Bottle diving (€70-110/dive): preserved reefs, 30 m visibility in dry season.
Interior hiking: Maré is the most wooded of the Loyalty Islands.
