If you combine with a lunch: neighbourhood restaurants — Gustavia (Bonito, Bagatelle, Maya's, Le Repaire — €40-150/person) or L'Esprit Saline just above the neighbouring Saline beach (€120-180/person). The overall Saint Barth budget applies for accommodation and return to restaurants in the evening (€250/day/person minimum). Gouverneur therefore allows to save on a day — good news for tight budgets in Saint Barth.
